Plıthogenıc Combıned Dısjoınt Block Fuzzy Cognıtıve Maps (Pcdbfcm)

This research article represents an innovative concept in Plithogenic Combined Disjoint Block Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (PCDBFCM) and its applications. PCDBFCM is a very useful tool in grouping the factors with contradiction degree of multiple attributes. A plithogenic fuzzy matrix is used to represent the connection matrix. The resultant vector is obtained while using plithogenic fuzzy operators. The produced results are very useful in making decisions since they include the degree of conceptual node contradiction with respect to the dominant node. For the plithogenic aggregation operators, the degree of dissimilarity between each attribute value and the main attribute value of the attribute leads to increased accuracy.

Neutrosophic Number Sequences: An introductory Study

In this paper, Neutrosophic definitions and properties of some special number sequences which are frequently found in the science literature, called Neutrosophic Number Sequences (NNSq) via Horadam sequence are studied for the first time. Especially for Neutrosophic Fibonacci (NFNq) and Neutrosophic Lucas (NLNq) number sequences, fundamental properties and identities such as Ruggles, Honsberger, Cassini, Catalan, d’Ocagne, and Tagiuri are given. In addition, Neutrosophic definitions of the sequences of Pell (NPNq), Pell-Lucas (NPLNq), Jacobsthal (NJNq), Jacobsthal-Lucas (NJLNq), Mersenne (NMNq), Mersenne-Lucas (NMLNq), Balancing (NBNq), and Lucas-Balancing (NLBNq) numbers are introduced. Besides defining these numbers and their sequences, since fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy sets are restrictions of neutrosophic sets, sequences of numbers within these sets are naturally and indirectly revealed.

New approach towards (ζ1, ζ2)-interval valued Q1 neutrosophic subbisemirings of bisemirings and its extension

We introduce the notions of (τ1, τ2)-interval valued Q1 neutrosophic subbisemirings (IVQ1NSBSs), level sets of a (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS, and (τ1, τ2)-interval valued Q1 neutrosophic normal subbisemirings ((τ1, τ2)- IVQ1NNSBS) of a bisemiring. Let cZ1 be a (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS of a bisemiring M and bV be the strongest (τ1, τ2)-interval valued Q1 neutrosophic relation of M. To illustrate cZ1 is a (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS of M if and only if bV is a (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS of M ⋇ M. We show that homomorphic image of (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS is again a (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS. To determine homomorphic pre-image of (τ1, τ2)-IVQ1NSBS is also a (τ1, τ2)- IVQ1NSBS. Examples are given to strengthen our results.

Important Neutrosophic Economic Indicators of the Static Model of Inventory Management without Deficit

Inventory models are generally concerned with finding the volume of inventory to be kept to ensure the continuity of work, which achieves the facility with the lowest cost and the greatest profit, and since the ideal volume is affected by the rate of demand for inventory, in previous research [5] we studied the static model without a deficit according to the neutrosophic logic and we came to a relationship that we calculate through which the ideal size of inventory, the result was a neutrosophic value that takes into account all the fluctuations and changes that administrators may encounter during the course of work through the indeterminacy and indeterminate values of the demand rate, in this research we use the neutrosophic concepts of static model of inventory management without deficit and ideal volume which we have in last research, for most important neutrosophic economic indicators that play an important role in the administrative decision-making process about the functioning of production facilities and commercial establishments that have warehouses in which they keep their equipment, goods and manufactured and unmanufactured materials necessary for the production process and provide them with a future vision of the reality of their condition over time.

Analyses the least cost using Travelling Salesman problem through Neutrosophic Fuzzy system

The following paper introduces a methodology to calculate the least cost for a directed network through Travelling salesman problem. Dynamic programming method is used to find the minimum Cost. The recursion formula is used. The edge weights of the networks are being taken in terms of Triangular, Trapezoidal and Pentagonal Neutrosophic set. Score function for the Triangular, Trapezoidal and Pentagonal Neutrosophic sets are being defined for deneutrosophication. The least cost is estimated using all the above said Neutrosophic sets and the result is compared

Traffic Rule Violation and Accident Detection using CNN

Traffic rule violations and accidents are major sources of inconvenience and danger on the road. In this paper, we propose a convolutional neural network (CNN) based approach for detecting these events in real-time video streams. Our approach uses a YOLO-based object detection model to detect vehicles and other objects in the video, and an IOU-based accident detection module to identify potential accidents. We evaluate the performance of our approach on a large dataset of traffic video footage and demonstrate its effectiveness in detecting traffic rule violations and accidents in real-time. Our approach is able to accurately detect a wide range of traffic rule violations, including wrong-side driving, signal jumping, and over speed. It is also able to accurately track the movements of objects in the video and to identify potential accidents based on their trajectories. In addition to detecting traffic rule violations and accidents, our approach also uses an ANPR module to automatically read the license plate numbers of detected vehicles. This allows us to generate e-challans and punishments for traffic rule violations, providing a potential deterrent to future violations. Overall, our proposed approach shows promise as a tool for detecting and preventing traffic rule violations and accidents in real-time surveillance systems. By combining powerful object detection and motion analysis algorithms with an ANPR module, it is able to accurately and efficiently identify traffic rule violations and accidents, providing valuable information for traffic management and safety.

The State of Risk and Optimum Decision According to Neutrosophic Rules

In light of the current circumstances and the momentary fluctuations that we live in all domains of life, which have transformed most decision-making cases into risky cases, this study was necessary. In this research, we present a new study for decision-making in the event of risk, by formulating some rules according to the neutrosophic logic starting from the data of the problem, where we replaced the classical values in the matrix of profit and probabilities with neutrosophic values that have a margin of freedom thanks to the indeterminacy provided by the neutrosophic logic, and we got more accurate solutions than the solutions that we obtained when using the classical rules which reduces the occurrence of losses, especially if the decisions are fateful and the decision issues are huge and complex and helps us to achieve the greatest profits by adopting a rational decision based on modern quantitative ways and methods.
