An Implementation Of Statistical Feature Algorithms For The Detection Of Brain Tumor

A member of a population who is at risk of becoming infected by disease is a susceptible individual. Finding disease susceptibility and generating an alert in advance, is valuable for an individual. The aim of the work presented a feature vector using different statistical texture analyses of brain tumors from an MRI image. The statistical feature texture is computed using GLCM (Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrices) of brain tumor cell structure. For this paper, the brain tumor cell segmented using the strip method to implement hybrid Assured Convergence Particle Swarm Optimization (ACPSO) - Fuzzy C-means clustering (FCM). Furthermore, the four angles 0o, 45o, 90o, and 135o have calculated the segmented brain image in GLCM. The four angular directions are calculated using texture features are correlation, energy, contrast and homogeneity. The texture analysis is performed on different types of images using past years. So, the algorithm proposed statistical texture features are calculated for iterative image segmentation. The algorithm FETC (Feature Extraction Tumor Cell) extracts statistical features of GLCM. These results show that MRI images can be implemented in a system of brain cancer detection.

Survey on Smart Cane For Visually Impaired Using IOT

This fundamental point of this task to give a voice-based route framework for the outwardly tested voice acknowledgment module and it is planned to give in general estimates object discovery and constant help through Worldwide Situating Framework (GPS) and ultrasonic sensors. This venture focuses on the advancement of an Electronic Voyaging Help (Estimated time of arrival) unit to assist the visually impaired individuals with finding an impediment free way. This Estimated time of arrival is fixed to the stick of the outwardly tested. At the point when the item is distinguished close to the stick of the outwardly hindered it cautions them with the assistance of the vibratory circuit. The outwardly tested will give the objective's name as the contribution to the voice acknowledgment module. GPS module persistently gets the scope and longitude of the current area. GPS contrasts it and the objective's scope and longitude. The outwardly tested gets the articulated headings which he wants to follow to arrive at his objective.

Mcdm WASPA in a Neutrosophic Environment Applied to Optimization of the Parameters for Minimization of Surface Roughness and Machining Deformation in Milling of Al Alloy Thin Walled Parts

The following research shows a methodology that combines the multicriteria method WASPAS and Neutrosophic, which seeks to improve decision making within the planning processes in machine shops. With WASPAS the best alternative is selected and Neutrosophic offers us the advantage of driving the concept of uncertainties and neutralities, and with it the values of the input variables for high speed machining to manufacture the rectangular piece of aluminum alloy 5083. With the evaluation of the criteria, when applying the method it is obtained as objective that the alternative ten is the best, therefore, when implementing the input parameters: S = 15000 rpm, doc= 0.10 mm, ts= 3.0 mm, F= 3600 m/min, the surface quality and low deformation of the part is guaranteed. It is concluded that the WASPAS multicriteria analysis method with neutrosophy is an excellent tool, with a low cost and good reliability, as a solution to be applied in machining shops to improve decision making in process planning processes from the optimal selection of machining parameters

Blockchain in Healthcare from a Neutrosophic Analysis

According to experts, the blockchain is very suitable for supply chains, as it streamlines processes and reduces their complexity. Both the pharmaceutical and health sectors can take advantage of their potential since, having different intermediaries, processes can become inefficient on many occasions. Blockchain contributes to bringing order and automation. The pharmaceutical sector has been one of the ones that have obtained the most advantages from this technology. Getting a drug out of the box is a long and expensive process that can take a long time between studies and clinical trials and all the regulations. However, if it is possible to gather all the information needed to complete the process of bringing a new drug to light so that it is available immediately and with all the safety guarantees and improve its management, speed up the process. Therefore, blockchain is the most appropriate technology, although the ability to government bodies to recognize the network's benefits is hampered. This study is focused on determining the level of integration of Blockchain technology in the health sector, and the level of acceptance and contradiction in the adoption of the new technology in the community through the application of the neutrosophic Iadov method.

Multi Criteria Decision Making Algorithm Via Complex Neutrosophic Nano Topological Spaces

The scope of this manuscript is to instigate the present-day perception of complex neutrosophic nano topological spaces and delve into a few of its spectacles. We also illustrate the spectacles with numerical quantities. Decision making plays an important role to diagnose a diseases in medical field. So a method is developed to achieve this under complex neutrosophic nano topological spaces (CNNTSs). A comparative assessment is provided to demonstrate the distinction between the unique concept and the existing approaches.

Single Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Travelling Salesman Problem with Novel Greedy Method: The Dhouib-Matrix-TSP1 (DM-TSP1)

Travelling salesman problem (TSP) is a prominent computational problem where trail technique is used to calculate all the possible travel and choose the best one. Since there is no branching or back tracking in greedy algorithms, determining the run time is much easier than the existing methods and hence, in this paper, a novel greedy method called Dhouib-Matrix-TSP1 is proposed as the first resolution of TSP to get the optimal solution using single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers with several numerical examples. Also, results have been analyzed with graphical solutions.

On Linguistic Neutrosophic Semi-irresolute mappings and Semi-homoeomorphism

The purpose of this article is to discuss about linguistic neutrosophic semi-irresolute mapping and linguistic neutrosophic locally semi-irresolute mapping in linguistic neutrosophic topological spaces. It is examined how these mappings relate to other mappings, as well as some of their characteristics. Moreover, a brief introduction and analysis of the linguistic neutrosophic semi-homeomorphism and linguistic neutrosophic semi-c-homeomorphism are presented with appropriate examples.

The Kernel Of Fuzzy and Anti-Fuzzy Groups

The aim of this paper is to define  the concept of kernel subgroup of a fuzzy group and anti-fuzzy group respectively. Also, we prove that these kernels are groups in the ordinary algebraic meaning, as well as presenting many results about fuzzy groups and anti-fuzzy groups.
